Morslon offers a variety of products, including electronics, accessories, appliances, phone accessories, and other consumer products.
We aim to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices are accurate. However, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or product presentation.
Product-specific information, specifications, and available warranty details are provided on the relevant product page where applicable.
All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment where applicable.

You may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the applicable return conditions will apply.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded or released.
Morslon provides delivery within Bahrain and to supported international destinations.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery method, order weight, destination, and other applicable delivery requirements. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and other delivery circumstances.
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of receipt if they are unused, unopened, unactivated, and in resaleable condition with their original packaging, accessories, manuals, and associated free items.
Certain products may be excluded, including personalized items, delivered digital codes, opened hygiene or personal-care products, installed products, and used or activated electronics.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the agreed specifications or purpose, please contact us.
For qualifying claims made within 15 calendar days of receipt, you may request replacement or return for repayment in accordance with applicable Bahrain consumer protection requirements, without additional cost.
Applicable warranty and other legal rights may continue after this period.
Opening the packaging or reasonably using a product to discover a defect does not by itself remove your applicable legal rights.
Approved refunds will generally be returned according to the original payment method.
Where an order was paid partly or fully using the Morslon Wallet, the corresponding eligible amount will be returned to the Wallet.
Where available, you may choose to receive an eligible monetary refund in your Morslon Wallet instead of the original payment method. A monetary refund will not automatically be converted into Wallet balance without your choice.
For payments made using more than one payment method, the eligible refund will be returned according to the original payment allocation.
We aim to initiate approved refunds within seven business days after refund eligibility and the applicable amount have been established. Additional processing time by banks or payment providers may apply.
The Morslon Wallet allows customers to add and maintain a balance that can be used toward eligible purchases on Morslon. Wallet balance may include top-ups, refunds, and amounts credited from eligible Wallet Coupons.
Customers can view their available Wallet balance and transaction history through their account. Wallet balance can be applied at checkout, and any remaining order amount may be paid using another available payment method.
Morslon may issue different types of coupons, including Discount Coupons and Wallet Coupons. Coupons may be subject to eligibility requirements, validity periods, minimum order values, usage limits, or other conditions stated with the applicable offer.
Discount Coupons provide a percentage or fixed-amount discount on an eligible order. Any unused discount amount is not credited to the Wallet unless otherwise stated.
Wallet Coupons provide a specified value that can be used toward an eligible order. If the Wallet Coupon value exceeds the eligible order total, the unused remaining value will be credited to the customer's Morslon Wallet.
Wallet balances cannot be transferred between customers or used at other businesses. The Morslon Wallet is intended for purchases from Morslon and is not a bank account, savings account, investment, or general money-transfer service.
If you notice an incorrect or unauthorized Wallet transaction, please contact us promptly. We may temporarily restrict Wallet activity where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, transaction verification, or compliance with applicable law.
If the Morslon Wallet is discontinued, customers will be informed of how eligible existing balances will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
Some products may include a manufacturer or commercial warranty, while others may not.
Where a commercial warranty is available, the applicable warranty period, coverage, and other details will be stated on the relevant product page or warranty documentation.
Commercial or manufacturer warranties are additional to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Morslon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rights.
